Do Not Close. When you close, the folder and files created. Copy the path in the Error Report Content to Explorer and save the files to another location.

Then close. Now the excitement begins and you can start analyzing the dumps with WinDbg from the Windows Debugging Tools. There are two kinds of dumps generated, an “uncompressed” hdmp and a smaller mdmp, or minidump.
