HTML Parsing Error

When visiting a web page in Internet Explorer 8 with Windows XP, you might encounter display issues where the web page content does not render. Double-click on the yellow exclamation in the IE status bar to reveal the details behind the script error (unless you already have it set to display automatically by default):
You may then encounter “HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container before the child element is closed (KB927917)”
I ran into this today, again, and recalled applying one of the methods in the MS article reference in error above to workaround it. However, that case required adding the site to the restricted sites in IE to disable active scripting, which presented problems here because the URL needed to be able to run scripts to display content. Additionally, it wasn’t practical to add the site as a restricted site and then remove it again on an on-demand basis. Luckily, after some searching I found that MS has worked to resolve this issue in IE 8. Update 2618444 is available:

First, I upgrade from SP2 to SP3, and then I reinstall IE8.
After all, i aplied the patch and it fixed the error!
